Exciting news, we now have two brand-new classes in our Hybrid Zone! These classes are led by our JD Team, and are designed to increase your strength, fitness and stamina!

There will be two distinct class formats, each running multiple times per day:

JD Hybrid Strength - Focusing on increasing strength and muscular endurance

JD Hybrid Engine - Working on your lactic threshold, helping you work harder for longer
